Camley Street will be a vibrant community that includes:

• At least 350 new homes including affordable, family-sized homes where there are currently none

• Circa 200,000sqft of employment space

• Jobs, training and skills opportunities for local people

• New streets to improve access to the area

• New public green and open spaces

We’ve been engaging with the local community since the beginning. Since 2020, Camden Council has been speaking to the community through steering group meetings, art projects, hosting the Camley Street festival, workshops with places like the Camden youth council and local schools and more, all of which fed into the Camley Street Vision.

The next step is to build on this vision to prepare planning applications for Camley Street that will see the area grow and thrive - but your continued input is key.  We have identified a set of themes we would like local people’s views, comments and suggestions on over the coming months to inform the process before we share the latest designs for the new neighbourhood.
